Mitchell Adam are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading Property Management firm who are looking to add a talented Senior Service Charge Accountant to their growing finance team. In this role, you will take ownership of preparing service charge accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of year ends while supporting the onboarding of new clients. Your responsibilities will include preparing cash reconciliations, managing VAT, arrears and voids, and working closely with property managers and asset managers to build strong, effective relationships. For the right person, this is a role that balances technical challenge with real opportunity to progress in a business that is growing steadily.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in service charge accounting within the property sector.
Strong reconciliation skills with confidence handling complex accounts.
Calm, approachable communicator, able to build rapport with non-financial stakeholders.
