Remote Residential Conveyancer

I’m working with a leading national conveyancing team that is looking to recruit a fully remote Conveyancer to join its growing and dynamic department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a varied residential caseload, working independently from anywhere in the UK.

You will manage a caseload of a wide range of property transactions including freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties.

In return, the firm offers a competitive salary, a strong benefits package and an excellent bonus scheme worth up to £15,000 per year — with most fee earners earning in excess of £10,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for handling a high-volume caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish. As you progress in the role, there may be opportunities to expand your caseload further, depending on performance and capacity.

What You’ll Need:

Essential:

Solid experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload independently
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong time management and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Financial awareness and confidence in handling financial elements of transactions

Desirable:

Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
Familiarity with Visual Files or Practice Manager software
