Conveyancer – West Yorkshire (Multiple Office Locations) – Up to £45K + Bonus

Are you an experienced residential conveyancer looking for your next move in West Yorkshire? Join a progressive firm with a real people-first culture, a healthy caseload, and the flexibility to work across multiple locations or embrace hybrid working after probation.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing your own caseload of approx. 60–100 conveyancing files, depending on experience

Providing high-quality legal advice and excellent service from instruction through to completion

Keeping clients informed and supported throughout the process

Supervising and supporting your own legal assistant or secretary

Maintaining strong relationships internally and externally

Actively contributing to the firm’s success and upholding its strong professional image

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX, or someone with extensive residential property law/conveyancing experience

Experience handling a diverse range of conveyancing files, including sales/purchase, freehold, leasehold, etc.

A strong grasp of all stages within a conveyancing casefile, from onboarding, through sale/purchase, to post completion

Excellent communication, case management and organisational skills

Someone who can manage pressure, meet deadlines, and work well as part of a team
