Telephone Account Manager

We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused Telephone Account Manager to join an ambitious, fast-growing challenger in the financial services sector. What you’ll be doing:

Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting broker relationships
Handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and converting them into sales opportunities
Acting as the first point of contact for brokers – solving problems, answering queries, and guiding them through product options
Using digital channels to strengthen engagement and spot new opportunities
Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and tracking your pipeline
Collaborating closely with Key Account Managers, underwriting, and processing teams to deliver seamless service
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
What we’re looking for:
Background in mortgages or financial services (telephone sales, account management, or customer service)
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport quickly
Commercially savvy, target-driven, and self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
Organised and efficient, able to manage multiple broker interactions
CRM confident and comfortable with Microsoft Office tools
Resilient, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve and grow
