Do you want a chance to work at one of the best proprietary trading firms in the world? We are looking for a C++ engineer who enjoys solving tough technical problems and building fast, reliable infrastructure that does real work. You’ll be joining a small team that focuses on the core platform behind an automated decision-making engine where every millisecond counts!

What You’ll Be Working On:

Crafting the core building blocks of a high-speed, real-time platform that drives important automated decisions.
Writing clean, efficient C++ code that keeps everything running smoothly under pressure.
Collaborating with smart engineers and domain experts to turn complex problems into elegant solutions.
Hunting down performance bottlenecks and tricky bugs to make the platform faster and more reliable.
Shaping and improving the tools and infrastructure that keep the platform evolving and scaling.

Your Qualifications:

3 to 8 years of hands-on experience writing production-grade C++.
Strong knowledge of how computers work, including memory, operating systems, and networking.
Confident working with multi-threaded code and understanding how it behaves under load.
Solid understanding of object-oriented design and system-level architecture.
Experience working in a Linux environment.
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to have:

Experience with low-latency or high-throughput environments.
Familiarity with live production platforms requiring high reliability.
Knowledge of performance profiling, debugging, or systems-level tuning.

Why This Role?

You’ll be working on problems that are genuinely interesting, alongside people who care about building great platforms. The team is small, experienced, and values thoughtful design, long-term maintainability, and clean, efficient code. It is a collaborative environment where engineers are trusted and supported. If you enjoy writing high-quality C++ and want to work with others who take pride in what they build, you’ll feel at home here.

If building high-performance C++ platforms sounds like your kind of challenge, we want to hear from you!
