Wills and Probate Solicitor

Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor and adept at dealing with Wills, Trusts, & Probate?

Do you have at least 3 years of Post-Qualified experience (PQE)?

Would you like to join an established, traditional and very busy law firm?

The Role

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will:

Provide expert legal services to clients in areas such as wills, trusts, probate, and wealth management.
Deliver exceptional client care by advising, assisting, and representing individuals with their private client matters. This can will be face to face due to the nature of the work
Manage a varied caseload, working with clients in person, over the phone, and through correspondence.
Draft legal documents including wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney.
Calculate inheritance tax, apply for reliefs, and administer estates with precision and efficiency.
Collaborate with other legal professionals and contribute to the firm’s goals and objectives.
Assist in marketing the firm and raising the profile of the private client team.
Maintain accurate diary systems, record time meticulously, and ensure billing is completed promptly.

This firm are split between Personal and Commercial areas of law and this role sits within Personal Law. It is imperative that you understand that you may be dealing with sensitive issues

About You

Solid experience in Probate and Private Client law since qualifying as a Solicitor. 3 yrs PQE
A proactive, client-focused approach to delivering legal services.
