Videographer & Editor

Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation based in Tamworth, is looking for a Videographer & Editor to join their growing in-house creative team. This is your chance to work in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment, producing videos that make an impact from marketing campaigns and product launches to social media and training content.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1-2 years’ experience in videography and editing or a recent graduate with a strong portfolio. You’ll be involved in every stage of production, from storyboarding and filming to editing and final delivery.

Salary is up to £29,000 depending on experience. Hours of work will be 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Please note this is an office-based position.

What You’ll Do:

Shoot and edit high-quality, engaging video content for marketing, social media, campaigns, and training
Take ownership of smaller projects while collaborating on larger productions
Edit and grade footage, add graphics, motion elements, and sound design
Source and edit imagery to enhance video content
Support the wider creative team with assets for campaigns

Skills & Experience:

1–2 years’ experience in videography and editing, OR a strong portfolio for graduates
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Some experience with lighting, sound, and camera equipment
Strong understanding of video editing workflows, formats, and encoding
Creative eye for framing, composition, and storytelling
Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to work independently or collaboratively
Experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D/motion tools, however, this is not essential
