About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented Valuation Surveyor to join a dynamic and growing Property Receivership Sales Team based in Manchester City Centre.
Working across a varied portfolio of residential, commercial, and land assets under LPA Receivership, you will play a key role in valuation, asset management, and strategic disposal.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct valuations of properties under LPA Receivership, including residential, commercial, and land assets.

Produce professional, RICS-compliant valuation reports assessing asset condition, market value, and sales potential.

Monitor property markets and provide insight into pricing trends and comparable data.

Liaise with agents, contractors, and third-party professionals for supplementary reports and advice.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records using internal databases and property management systems.

Support due diligence processes including title reviews, planning research, and regulatory checks.

Undertake nationwide property inspections and document findings with detailed notes and photographic evidence.

Ensure all work adheres to RICS standards and relevant receivership regulations.

Contribute to business development by building strong professional relationships and supporting growth initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience

RICS qualification is essential.

Solid understanding of property valuation methods, sales processes, and rental markets.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Highly organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry systems such as Rightmove Plus.

Self-driven and able to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
