Valuation Surveyor

Registered valuation surveyor undertaking Right to Buy surveys and valuations for acquisitions along with audit pack preparation

Job Description:

To undertake site inspections and take accurate measurements
Assemble property information and review searches
Review and analyse occupational leases and their impact on value
Apply expert local knowledge and awareness of the local property market
Produce Red Book Valuation reports in a timely manner

Qualifications and Skills:

Candidates for this position should have the following skills and qualifications:

MRICS/FRICS qualification
RICS Registered Valuer status
Minimum 2 years Post Qualification Experience
Numerate and proficient in MS Office Packages
Good report writing skills and attention to detail
Good understanding of the local property market
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills to manage own workload to meet deadlines
Clean PI record
Full UK driving licence
Experience in valuing: Industrial, Retail, Residential, Mixed Use, Offices and HMOs
