Role profile:
?????????????An excellent opportunity to join a growing Lloyd’s syndicate to manage the Underwriting Support team
Providing management information, insights and portfolio Reporting
Supporting the development of the Syndicate underwriting operations processes and procedures to enhance efficiencies
Supporting the CUO in the reporting and analysis of the Syndicate Underwriting portfolio, working with various departments
Managing the Syndicate PMD returns process and relevant regulatory returns, working with IT and the CUO
Developing and implementing Syndicate underwriting controls monitoring
Working with the CUO and Risk Management in the implementation of the underwriting and risk and controls framework
Contributing to the collation and escalation of Syndicate internal and external audits
Experience and skills required:
Proven experience of working in the Lloyd’s insurance market
Strong people and communication skills
Experience of using MS Office including Business Intelligence tools (Excel, Power BI etc)
The ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders of all levels
The ability to analyse and resolve queries, leading to enhanced processes
The ability to share key knowledge with the team
Excellent organisational skills
