Treasury Analyst

Treasury Analyst – FinTech

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 Benefits Equity

We’re working with an innovative and fast-growing FinTech business that’s changing how people manage their finances. As they scale, they’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily cash and liquidity management across multi-entity, multi-currency structures
Assist with short- and long-term cash flow forecasting and variance analysis
Maintain bank account structures, monitor funding, and support intercompany flows
Help optimise treasury processes and support automation projects
Contribute to FX exposure tracking and hedging activities
Assist with internal and external reporting requirements

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a treasury, cash management, or finance function, ideally in a tech or high-growth environment
Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI or SQL is a plus
Familiarity with banking platforms and treasury systems such as Kyriba, SAP, or FIS
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
ACT qualifications (or interest in pursuing) are advantageous
