A high growth, international e-commerce business is seeking a Transactional Finance Lead to oversee its Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions during an exciting period of expansion.

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will manage a small transactional team overseeing the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable data. This is a key role, leading high volume transaction teams while ensuring robust data controls and efficient processes are maintained across both functions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Managing a team to ensure supplier and customer accounts are up to date and reconciled
Overseeing invoicing and reconciliations across multiple currencies and high data volumes
Designing and implementing robust processes and controls across the ledgers
Introducing monthly AP/AR reporting with relevant insights and commentary
Collaborating with finance and commercial teams to maintain accurate account terms
Driving improvements in processes, automation and efficiency

About You:

Strong experience in sales or purchase ledger functions
A background in leading and developing transactional finance teams
Confidence working in a multi-currency, high volume environment
Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, sumifs, pivot tables)
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability
A proactive, curious approach with a drive to improve processes
