The Role: Sales Investment Broker

As a Sales Investment Broker, you’ll be at the forefront of our global expansion strategy. You’ll be selling structured property investment products to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional buyers. You’ll be trained to understand the nuances of each market, the financial mechanics behind each deal, and the psychology of investor decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Selling real estate investment products including off-plan, regeneration, and commercial property assets

• Managing inbound leads and converting warm prospects into committed clients

• Conducting investor consultations via phone, Zoom, and in person

• Building long-term relationships with investors across the UK, Dubai, and the USA

• Advising on structured deals, yield projections, and exit strategies

• Closing deals with precision, urgency, and professionalism

• Maintaining CRM records and pipeline visibility for performance tracking

• Collaborating with marketing and research teams to refine investor targeting

• No prior investment experience required—just the ability to sell

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Able to handle rejection, adapt quickly, and bounce back stronger
