The Role

You will manage the full recruitment process, working with both candidates and clients to deliver outstanding results.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers across multiple sectors.

Using commercial awareness to identify opportunities and win new business.

Sourcing, headhunting, and screening high-quality candidates for roles in administration, HR, marketing, operations, and executive support.

Writing compelling job adverts and managing applications.

Guiding candidates through interviews and offers.

Negotiating and closing placements, hitting targets, and earning commission.

Who We’re Looking For

A graduate with at least 6-12 months of commercial experience (e.g. sales, account management, retail management, customer service, or client-facing roles).

Confident, articulate, and able to build rapport quickly.

Ambitious and driven to achieve targets and progress rapidly.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Professional, polished, and proactive in approach.
