Trainee Estate Agent Lettings Negotiator – South West London – Full Training Provided – £25k basic, £80k plus OTE

My client is a well established, high-end independent agency with an excellent reputation. They are now looking for a driven, enthusiastic trainee estate agent to join their team in their South West London office.

Main duties of the trainee estate agent include:

Play your part in helping to build the brand in the local marketplace.
Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, providing high levels of customer service at all times.
Carrying out viewings and obtaining feedback
Negotiating new tenancies with landlords and tenants.
Preparing tenancy agreements, issuing legal documents relating to the tenancy and ensuring that all safety certificates are in place prior to move in.
Working with the property management team ensuring that properties have been prepared for move in.
Ensuring a smooth hand over of keys and that tenants

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6pm

Every other Saturday: 10-4
