Junior Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator)

Location: Leigh-on-Sea

Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 basic OTE £30,000 – £35,000

The Package
£20,000 – £25,000 basic (DOE)
£30,000 – £35,000 OTE (uncapped)
2.5% commission on completed valuations
£50 per mortgage sign-up (rising to £75 after 5 completions)
£25 per solicitor referral
Full training with clear progression routes
Working Hours
Mon–Fri: 8:45am – 6:00pm
Sat: 9:00am – 5:00pm (with one day off in the week)
1 in every 7 Sundays (10:00am – 4:00pm)
What You’ll Be Doing
Registering applicants and matching them with properties
Carrying out viewings and confidently presenting homes
Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
Providing feedback and updates to clients
Supporting sales from offer through to completion
Referring mortgages, solicitors, and related services

Bright, confident, and presentable with excellent communication skills
Driven, proactive, and target-focused with a passion for sales
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
