We are recruiting for a Trainee Broker to join a leading fleet insurance team based in Telford. The role offers full training on products and processes, making it ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support including managing diaries, calls, emails, and filing systems.
Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Coordinate meetings, events, travel, and related logistics.
Act as a point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Support office operations including ordering supplies and liaising with vendors.
Perform accurate data entry, generate reports, and assist in analysis.
Respond to customer enquiries professionally and appropriately.
Work towards agreed performance targets to support company growth.
Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.
Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.

Skills & Knowledge Required

Minimum GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in Maths & English.
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
High attention to detail with confidence to clarify risk details professionally.
Ability to work independently and use initiative.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Customer-focused approach.
