Temporary Warehouse Administrator/Recruitment Coordinator- Coventry (CV8)

Location: Headquarters in Ryton-on-Dunsmore

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00

Pay: £12.21 per hour, rising to £12.42 after 13 weeks

Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary

Working Pattern: Flexible working – role based 3 days in office

Role Overview
We’re seeking a versatile and proactive Warehouse Administrator / Recruitment Coordinator to temporarily support both operational and staffing functions at our Ryton-on-Dunsmore headquarters. This hybrid role combines customer service, administrative duties, and recruitment coordination, making it ideal for someone with a broad skill set and a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to warehouse and operational teams
Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Maintain accurate records of stock, shipments, and documentation
Assist with recruitment tasks including candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and onboarding
Use in-house ATS or HR systems to manage recruitment workflows
Prepare reports and update systems with operational and staffing data
Support general office duties and ensure smooth day-to-day workflow

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in administration and customer service (essential)
Familiarity with in-house ATS or HR systems (preferred)
Recruitment or HR coordination experience (desirable)
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
