Temporary Concierge

PMR work with luxury residential buildings across London and are currently temporary concierges.

If you have experience in concierge/receptionist, we would love to hear from you!

Duties:

Delivering excellent & exceptional customer service to all residents and being the first point of contact for all people entering the property
Patrols
Key handling
Parcel handling
Good problem solving skills/using own initiative
Looking smart and well presented at all times
Positive attitude, helpful and friendly
Maintain regular and effective communication with the Building Manager/team members

The successful person must have strong administrational skills outstanding customer service skills. Experience within hospitality/residential developments is desirable.
