Temporary Caretaker

We are looking for a temporary Caretaker to assist with a residential scheme in Essex.
Please see below duties below:
Walk around building internally and externally twice a week, RECORDING IN OFFICE DIARY FOR CONTINUITY, any issues and reporting issues to maintenance (types of observations, lifts, doors, leaks, maintenance)
Re-report issues if they have not been actioned in an acceptable timeframe.
AOV check monthly- Record. Observe and report any Fire Alarm Panel issues to management
Monthly Flick Test, Log and report any faults to management
Meter readings Water/Electricity – for Building Communal accounts ONLY
Remove any dumped items from Atrium and around the building – regular warnings will go out to residents.
Clean up spills when cleaners in non-attendance (new mop etc required)
Emptying cigarette bins, Dog poo bins 3 times a week.
“Vacuuming” around site, using sucker blower – once per week.
Litter pick.
Drop of statutory note, to flats with items on balconies, doormats etc, as you do the Walk-around.
Main Bin Cupboard – General Household Waste, empty/organise and sweep this area as necessary. Rotate the bins once a week.
South Bin Cupboard – Recycling – organise/sweep and rotate bins when necessary.
Water Roof Garden plants in the Summer, if necessary (usually covered by the residents and Gardeners every two weeks in Summer)
Assist with “Emergencies”
The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
