About The Role:

Responsible for ensuring efficient daily operations, supporting business processes, building and maintaining strong customer relationships and improving organisational effectiveness. This role involves coordinating cross-functional activities, managing administrative tasks, streamlining and documenting workflows, and providing operational support across BSRIA.

Exciting work you will be doing:

Operational Excellence & Efficiency:

Assisting the implementation and delivery of operational policies and procedures.
Support BSRIA with process optimisation and project coordination to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with colleagues to ensure correct interpretation of customer requirements and subsequent delivery thereof.
Monitor and manage opportunities.
Facilitate stakeholder feedback.
Ensure corporate platforms such as the CRM are utilised in accordance with company policy.
Provide technical support to customers to facilitate delivery of services
Provide technical support to engineering resource, to facilitate delivery of services
Identify process challenges and propose streamlined alternatives.
Support the execution of strategic initiatives and business plans.

Administrative & Logistics Management:

Coordinate and action responses to customer enquiries, ensuring availability of necessary resources.
Maintain databases, records, and reports for business operations.
Complete project documentation including use of customer platforms

Financial Performance & Management:

Assess project proposals and data for value optimisation.
Ensure timely provision of proposals in coordination with project leaders.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

Prepare business insights as requested by the Management team.
Liaise with stakeholders as business demands.
Prepare proposals and operational data as required.

Quality:

Adhere to corporate and quality policies and where new or modified versions are required, engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organisation.
Maintain compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001 and other corporate policies.
Maintain detailed records of activities and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.

About you:

Skills Required:

Strong team player
Good IT skills – Microsoft Office
Ability to prioritise and multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Confident, accurate, analytical, and commercially aware
Experience in report creation for sales analysis or similar (Desirable)

Qualification(s) Required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
