Job Title: Team Manager
Location: Wakefield (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £62,000 depending on experience
Contract: Full or Part Time, Permanent

Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:

Supervising a team of serious injury lawyers / file handlers, who manage caseloads of serious injury matters valued from £25,000 to £125,000.
Provide technical guidance, coaching and case delivery advice on files
Handling day-to-day leadership tasks such as monitoring workflow, responding to queries, managing diaries, overseeing performance, engaging with customer satisfaction etc.
Assuring core business principles & values are being adhered to
Conduct file reviews, audits and quality control
Supporting with process implementation, performance reviews, continuous improvement and project work
Working closely with the senior management team to identify requirements within the team
Identify training needs and implementing training plans where required
Ensuring KPI and general performance is monitored and planned
