6-Month Contract (Potential to Go Permanent)

Free Southern & Thameslink Travel from Day One

We’re looking for a proactive Team Administrator to support a group of stations in the West Coast area, based at Barnham Station. This role is part of a wider team reorganisation and offers the chance to be involved in a growing, collaborative environment.

Key Duties:

General admin support across multiple stations
Uniform, stores, and stationery management
Minute-taking in meetings, including disciplinaries
Using MS Office packages (Outlook, Teams, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

Previous admin experience, ideally with note-taking responsibilities
Confident communicator and team player
Willingness to learn – training provided
