We’re on the lookout for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client’s team following a significant increase in recruitment needs. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys stakeholder collaboration, and has a knack for sourcing top talent, we’d love to hear from you.

Monday to Friday (37 hours per week) – 2 days per week in the office and 3 days working from home. Open to flexible arrangements with school drop offs/pickups or other commitments

Key responsibilities:

Managing high-volume in-house recruitment
Partnering with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
Leading direct sourcing strategies, utilising advertising, job boards & social media to reduce agency spend
Ensuring full recruitment compliance, including conducting DBS checks etc
Issuing contracts, maintaining accurate reports, and ensuring attention to detail throughout all documentation

Skills and experience:

Proven in-house recruitment experience managing multiple roles simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Expertise in direct sourcing and social media advertising
Experience recruiting Trades professionals would be highly beneficial
Knowledge of recruitment compliance requirements (e.g. DBS checks, right to work etc)
Meticulous attention to detail, especially with contracts and reporting
