Spanish Speaking Customer Operations Executive

Location: Nottingham (Hybrid – flexible working)

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 basic bonus excellent benefits

The Company

Our client is a leading international sports brand, with products recognised and loved across the globe. With strong growth across Europe, they are expanding their team and seeking a talented Spanish Speaking Customer Operations Executive to play a key role in their success.

The Role

As Customer Operations Executive, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of business accounts and brands, acting as the main point of contact for customers. You’ll ensure a smooth order-to-delivery process while building strong, long-term relationships.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, customer-focused professional to develop their career in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the primary contact for business customers
Build and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts
Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle – from placement to fulfilment
Organise and track orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
Coordinate stock allocation, logistics, and distribution centre requirements
Provide regular updates to customers, resolving issues proactively
Process order changes, cancellations, credits, debits, returns, and value-added services

Candidate Profile

Fluency in Spanish and English (written & spoken) – essential
Strong organisational and time management skills
Previous experience in B2B customer service or order management (preferred)
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Confidence managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
Good IT skills – SAP experience is a big plus
A full UK valid visa – must already have the right to live and work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours

£28,000 – £30,000 basic discretionary bonus
