Reed Marketing & Creative are proudly partnered with a fast-growing online healthcare brand, who are looking for a SEO & Paid Ads Executive to join their high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO:

Lead the full SEO strategy using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console
Conduct technical audits, keyword research, and on-page optimisation
Collaborate with content teams to improve search performance
Monitor SEO metrics and stay ahead of algorithm updates

Paid Advertising:

Plan, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok
Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and landing pages
Research audiences and trends to develop high-performing campaigns
Work with design/content teams to produce compelling ad assets
Manage budgets to maximise ROAS and conversions
Report on key metrics including CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions
What We’re Looking For:
2–3 years’ experience in SEO and paid advertising (ideally in e-commerce or digital health)
Proven success with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads
Strong understanding of keyword intent, funnel strategy, and conversion tracking
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and keyword planners
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Bonus: Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and experience in healthcare or wellness sectors
