Site Supervisor

DCT Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor with a valid SMSTS qualification to join the team working night shifts on the Shotton Mill project in Deeside.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations on site during night shifts, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile project with a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage site activities during night shifts

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to maintain project schedules

Monitor quality of workmanship and materials used on site

Report regularly to senior management on progress and any issues

Candidate Requirements:

Valid SMSTS qualification is essential

Proven experience as a site supervisor, preferably in a construction environment

Ideally, some experience with painting or finishing works

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work independently during night shifts

Reliable and committed with a good work ethic

Location: Shotton Mill, Deeside

Working hours: Night shifts

Salary: £25–£30 per hour, paid via CIS
