Job Title: Site Maintenance Technician – Residential & Grounds
Location: Southall
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Are you a hands-on maintenance professional with solid repair skills? We’re looking for a Site Maintenance Technician to help keep a major residential development safe, clean, and running smoothly.

From routine checks to minor repairs and contractor coordination, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a high-quality living environment.

About the Development…

You’ll be working on a landmark regeneration project transforming acres of land into a vibrant new neighbourhood featuring:

Thousands of new homes

Parks, wetlands and green spaces

Community facilities including a school and health centre

Retail spaces and excellent transport links

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out day-to-day maintenance and safety checks

Test and record fire alarms, emergency lighting, lift lines

Perform minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, and light electrical work

Coordinate contractors (review RAMs, issue permits)

Maintain communal areas and bin stores

Support with water testing, sprinkler systems, and general compliance checks

Ensure safe use and storage of tools and equipment

What We’re Looking For…

Hands-on experience in multi-trade maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, decorating)

Solid knowledge of building systems and Health & Safety practices

Ability to work independently with good judgement and attention to detail

Clear communication skills and basic IT literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Safety certifications are a plus
