What You’ll Do

Customer Excellence

Deliver outstanding customer service that consistently exceeds expectations
Handle incoming calls professionally, managing service, MOT, and tyre bookings
Act as the bridge between customers and technicians, clearly explaining technical issues
Keep customers informed throughout the service process

Business Support

Prepare accurate estimates and service documentation
Process invoices and collect payments efficiently
Maintain customer records and database entries
Support the Service Manager and assist with parts ordering
Identify opportunities to recommend additional services that benefit customers

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
Clean UK driving licence
Strong communication skills and excellent English
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Professional presentation and a friendly, approachable manner

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
