Senior Validation Actuary

Our client is looking to hire a Senior Validation Actuary to report into the UK Risk Actuarial Director. This is a great role for a FIA Qualified Actuary who wants to lead the independent model validation and provide direction to the junior members of the team.

Key responsibilities include independent model validation, independent standard formula validation, developing and maintaining comprehensive policies and documentation to meet UK regulatory requirements and developing and executing the strategy and direction of the Risk Actuarial team.

For this role they require a FIA Qualification, extensive experience in general insurance, and model validation exposure. Candidates should be outcome focused, agile and able to prepare report for Board and exec committees.
