This role offers a unique chance to play a central part in a rapidly expanding team, supporting both corporate and personal tax services. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, providing expert tax advisory and compliance services, and contributing to the firm’s continued growth through collaboration on multiple firm acquisitions across the Midlands.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge in both areas, with proven experience delivering tailored tax solutions in a professional environment.

Proven experience in both corporate and personal tax matters
CTA qualification preferred; ACA, ATT, or ACCA considered with relevant experience
Strong technical knowledge and advisory skills
Excellent client relationship management abilities
Ability to lead and develop junior team members
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience working within a high-growth, acquisitive environment preferred
