This is a hands-on, high-impact interim role that plays a vital part in ensuring strong accounting integrity, audit readiness, and commercial clarity across their project structures. As they scale, this position will be key to improving systems, controls, and standardising reporting across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the financial accounting and reporting across a portfolio of complex SPVs.
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes for each SPV, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial data.
Prepare statutory accounts and ensure compliance with IFRS and UK GAAP.
Coordinate audit processes and serve as primary contact for auditors on all SPV-related matters.
Review financial models and liaise with investment, legal, and operations teams to understand SPV structures and obligations.
Maintain and enhance internal controls, risk management procedures, and system accuracy across all SPV entities.
Drive improvements in data flow and reporting processes, including involvement in future ERP and finance system upgrades.

What We’re Looking For:

Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with at least 4 years’ post-qualified experience.
Previous experience managing multiple SPVs, ideally within infrastructure, real assets, or renewables.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP and experience producing statutory accounts.
Proven experience dealing with audit, financial compliance, and complex entity structures.
Experience working in a high-growth or PE-backed environment preferred.
Excellent Excel skills and comfortable working with large datasets
Strong attention to detail, organisational ability, and stakeholder communication skills.
