What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

Conduct market appraisals and win instructions
Manage and progress property sales
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
Build strong relationships with clients and applicants
Proactively seek new business opportunities
Maintain an excellent standard of customer service

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):

Previous estate agency experience as a sales negotiator or valuer
Proven track record of winning listings and closing sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and target-driven
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
Local knowledge of the Storrington area is a bonus
