What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
Managing property sales from listing through to completion
Building lasting client relationships and providing expert advice
Generating new business through prospecting and networking
Supporting junior negotiators and contributing to team success
Maintaining knowledge of the local market and property trends

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):

Significant experience in residential property sales
Proven success in listing and valuing properties
Confident communicator with persuasive negotiation skills
Smart, professional, and customer-focused
Self-motivated, articulate, and highly ambitious
Local area knowledge (desirable)
Full UK driving licence (essential)
