An established, highly reputable estate agency in Falmouth currently requires a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer with a minimum of 2 years residential sales and valuation experience. This company has an excellent reputation with prominent city centre offices.
The ideal candidate will need to be a proven valuer with excellent sales skills, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills. Although the list below is not exhaustive, the role involves the following:
Coordinating canvassing activities to generate new business.
Conducting property valuations.
Property take ons and photography
Marketing properties to attract potential buyers.
Matching prospective buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly.
Maintaining regular contact with vendors, buyers and other parties.
Dealing with financial/legal matters relating to the sales process.
Guiding all parties through the sales process from agreement to legal completion.
A professional work ethic, good telephone manner and smart appearance will be expected, and it is essential that you have a full UK driving license and can provide good references. Basic salary dependent on experience but up to £32,000 and on target earnings up to £40,000. Hours are 8.15 to 5.30 Mon to Friday and being on the Saturday rota.
