As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our close-knit team — someone who brings energy, drive, and a strong network of clients and candidates.

We’ll provide support with administration and marketing, freeing you up to focus on building relationships, delivering results, and growing your portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
Leveraging your existing network to win new business and build long-term client relationships
Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality finance and accounting professionals
Managing your own desk independently with full autonomy
Working closely with the wider Talent Finance team as well as our sister brand Talent Drive, who are specialists in Procurement and Supply Chain recruitment to share insights and collaborate across the Talent Group.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven recruitment experience ideally in finance or professional services
Strong client network in the Dorset, Hampshire and Berkshire markets.
Confident in business development and managing client relationships
Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing your own workload
Collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
Someone who has strong experience in winning new business as well as delivering to pre existing clients.

What We Offer:

£40,000 – £50,000 with performance-based bonus scheme
Flexible and hybrid working (2–3 days per week in our Poole office)
