What You’ll Bring:

We’re looking for someone who is:

An experienced Account Manager, preferably within the recruitment sector

An experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant ready to step into a non-sales, account management role

Ideally familiar with industrial recruitment (though not essential)

A confident communicator with great listening skills and emotional intelligence

Able to build strong relationships and connect with people quickly

Proactive and positive, with a solutions-focused mindset

Self-motivated and eager to grow within a progressive business

Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

Enjoys fast-paced, target-driven environments

Creative, energetic and brings fresh ideas

Organised and capable of planning your own route to success—no micromanagement here!
