Salary: OTE £38,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Property Manager to join a highly successful independent Lettings & Property Management agency in Basingstoke.

You will take a leading role in managing a significant residential portfolio while maintaining the company’s exceptional standards of service to landlords and tenants.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

Managing a residential lettings portfolio
Handling tenancy management and property maintenance issues
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Resolving issues efficiently and diplomatically
Ensuring high standards of service delivery
Supporting the wider team and contributing to process improvement

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):

Experience in property management, tenancy management, or lettings
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
Knowledge of lettings processes and legal notices
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Confident liaising across departments and with clients
ARLA qualification beneficial but not essential
