Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Salary: £23,000 – £26,000 basic | OTE £50,000 + benefits

Role Overview

As a Senior Property Consultant in our Chelmsford branch, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales to maximise client satisfaction and company profitability

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice throughout the sales process

Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales targets

Contribute to marketing strategies to promote properties effectively

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Mentor junior team members and support their professional development

Proven experience in property sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation abilities and a target-driven mindset

In-depth knowledge of the local property market

Well-presented and organised with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
