Senior Project Coordinator

The Senior Project Coordinator will play a vital role in driving forward the organisation’s mission to deliver high-quality renewable energy solutions. Working closely with the Energy Operations Manager, this position offers the opportunity to be at the centre of operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety — from coordinating project activities and managing essential documentation, to supporting the design of energy installations and liaising with both colleagues and clients.

This is a office based role in Wokingham offering a salary of up to £33,000 plus discretionary bonus.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Project Coordinator:

Coordinate and support the design of energy installations
Manage ordering and checking of materials and stock
Prepare handover packs for installation teams
Submit and collate customer satisfaction surveys
Produce quotations, performance estimates, and technical documents
Develop specifications, schedules, and drawings to required standards
Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers

Skills required for the Senior Project Coordinator:

Previous coordination or planning experience
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
A proactive, adaptable approach with attention to detail
Enthusiasm for renewable energy and sustainability
A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team goals
