Senior Negotiator – Peterborough
Basic Salary : £23,000 – £7,000 (depending on experience, plus pool commission)
On-Target Earnings : £40,000+ (uncapped commission)

Role Responsibilities

Grow the agency’s market share to become the leading presence in the area

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals

Maximise branch profitability and meet all financial targets

Support and manage team performance through regular reviews, one-to-ones, and daily meetings

Drive results through team leadership, planning, and execution

Ideal Candidate Profile

Previous experience in estate agency and customer service

Results-driven, with a strong track record of achieving targets

Capable of leading and motivating a team

Energetic, enthusiastic, and professional in approach

Strong presentation and communication skills

Organised and proactive, with the ability to drive local market growth

Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (insured for business use)

Right to work in the UK
