The Role

As Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of the marketing strategy-developing, executing, and optimising campaigns that generate high-quality leads and elevate the brand. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels
Lead PPC campaigns and optimise for ROI and lead generation
Create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with the target audience
Manage marketing budgets and report on performance metrics
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity

About You

Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within financial services
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on marketing activities
Expertise in PPC, SEO, and lead generation
Creative flair with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Excellent communication and leadership skills
