Location: London City Island, E14
Basic Salary: £25,000 + Uncapped Commission
On Target Earnings: £60,000+
Income Guarantee: Two months’ financial support upon joining

What You’ll Be Doing

Registering and qualifying new applicants, and matching them to premium rental properties
Conducting viewings and converting interest into secured offers
Negotiating tenancies and managing the full move-in process
Building relationships with landlords and tenants, offering expert market advice
Driving personal and team performance in a highly motivated, success-driven environment
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator, ideally in a fast-paced London market
Proven ability to win business and convert viewings to deals
A full UK driving licence (essential)
Ambition to step into a senior position and progress quickly
ARLA qualification is beneficial but not essential
