They’re currently on the lookout for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their high-performing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone eager to grow with a large earning potential.

Working Hours for the Lettings Negotiator:

5-day working week.
Not having to work every Saturday

Salary/Package for the successful Senior Lettings Negotiator:

Competitive basic salary
OTE up to £60,000 (uncapped)
Car allowance or company car
Excellent commission structure.

Responsibilities for the role of a Senior Lettings Negotiator:

Attend and book property viewings.
Liaise between tenants and landlords to negotiate lets.
Continue to drive business forward by offering exceptional customer service
Some Property Management.
Remain up to date with all business legislation.
Deal with applicant inquiries via phone and online portals.

Requirements for the role of a Senior Lettings Negotiator:

Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator is essential.
Excellent knowledge of the property industry.
Ambitious and results-driven.
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
An exceptional level of customer service.
