Are you an experienced lettings or property management professional looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a highly respected independent estate agency, is seeking a Senior Lettings Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team based just west of Dereham.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll be involved in both lettings and property management duties, so prior experience in these areas is essential.

As a Senior Lettings Coordinator, you will be offered:

Up to £28,000 basic DOE
OTE of up to £35,000

As a Senior Lettings Coordinator, your duties will include:

Arranging and conducting property viewings
Carrying out regular property inspections and ensuring compliance
Managing maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
Keeping internal systems and property records up to date
Handling general administration duties
Responding to enquiries from potential tenants

To be considered for the Senior Lettings Coordinator role, you must have:

A minimum of 1 year’s experience in lettings or property management
Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
