Reporting to the Head of Public Sector, you will be responsible for high-quality framework bid strategy, management and submissions to predetermined deadlines to maximise our chances of winning a place on strategic government frameworks.

Description

Lead and Support framework bids, developing win plans, prequalification and bid execution to secure places on strategic government and national frameworks, plus in some instances regional frameworks
Lead the creation of framework strategy and management plan, sign-off and implementation of a related business plans for responsible Frameworks
Responsible for maintaining trusted, quality relationships with the framework team and participating clients
Ensure robust governance of the signed-up objectives and commitments at framework and project level
Support marketing and public relations activities of Frameworks to help retain existing and secure new clients
Support the bid teams with project win themes, innovation, best practice, sector knowledge and red team reviews
Full participation in Framework working and special interest groups on best practice and thought leadership activity
Regular reports and dashboards to ensure business is informed of progress against agreed Framework business plans
Provide business advice on sector specific policy issues from Government Departments

Profile

Good knowledge of the public sector framework environment gained from a similar role and extensive experience of public sector bidding and framework management
Degree level qualification or equivalent and/or vocational experience in a bidding and/or framework environment

Skilled communicator, influencer and negotiator with instinctive problem-solving skills.
