Are you a skilled Financial Planning Administrator with at least 3 years’ experience, looking for a flexible and rewarding role close to home in Twickenham or surrounding areas?

?? Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Full lifecycle client administration, including new business processing, valuations, and annual reviews
Preparing and maintaining client files, updating CRM systems (experience with Intelligent Office a plus)
Liaising with paraplanners and advisers to ensure seamless client service
Monitoring compliance documentation and supporting advice delivery
Working with high-value clients and gaining insight into complex planning cases

? What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial planning or IFA administration
Actively studying toward Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Experience with Intelligent Office preferred, but not essential
A proactive attitude and interest in developing into paraplanning or team leadership
