Senior Finance Lead contract with potential to go permanent ~ London / Hybrid Inside IR35

My client is an innovative Biopharmaceutical company with an exciting drug development technology platform. They have successfully launched their first product with a robust pipeline of assets in development. They are on the verge of rapid expansion with the launch of their second product.

As such they now have a requirement for a qualified, passionate Finance Professional to join their UK affiliate , this is a key role and will be part of the leadership team and will have a significant impact on their development plans.

This is a priority hire and as such they require someone to start ASAP on a contract basis and potentially transition into a permanent hire, it will require an individual prepared to take a hands on approach whilst the role evolves into a more strategic position.

Key responsibilities:

· Lead Accounting Operations.

· Internal Controls and Financial Reporting

· Accounting Management

· Process Improvement

· OTC and P2P Management

· Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A

· Group Reporting and Compliance

In addition you will also possess:

Knowledge about IFRS, Tax, and VAT requirements in UK and Ireland

Hands on experience with ERP and accounting systems.

Experience in developing and implementing efficient finance processes that can scale the company.

Experience/knowledge with drug price composition in United Kingdom

This is a growing company in the midst of rapid growth, as such this will require a holistic mindset from someone who is willing to pick up and run with any task financial, tax and or administrative so will suit candidates from Pharma / Biotech companies which have scaled up in a similar manner.

The role will require 2 days per week at their offices in Central London.
