Senior Family Solicitor – Leicestershire

A highly respected legal team in Leicestershire is seeking a Senior Family Solicitor to step into a pivotal role. This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established practice with a strong reputation and client-centred approach. You will take the lead on a wide range of family law matters and contribute to the continued growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied and complex caseload including divorce, separation, financial settlements, injunctions, child arrangements and pre/post-nuptial agreements

Represent clients in court hearings and proceedings

Build strong client relationships and deliver clear, empathetic advice

About You:

Experienced family solicitor or legal executive with a proven track record in handling sensitive and complex cases

Strong communication and advocacy skills

Membership of Resolution or other relevant accreditation is desirable.
