The Role

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on designer who can switch effortlessly between crafting pixel-perfect marketing assets and helping design intuitive product interfaces. You’ll protect and evolve the brand while collaborating with marketing, product, and senior leadership to create designs that drive growth and inspire our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Safeguard visual consistency across every touchpoint, audit output routinely and maintain core brand guidelines
Develop and refine colour palettes, imagery styles, iconography and typography
Maintain a shared asset library and brand-guideline hub
Design high quality visual content (static and motion) for use across multiple channels including social, PPC, display, email, print, signage and video
Partner with the product and development team to shape consumer-facing websites and internal workflow tools, translate functional requirements into user flows, wireframes and UI mock-ups
Drive forward multi-channel campaigns alongside the marketing team.
Lead the creative look & feel of company events.
Stay on top of industry trends and propose innovative ideas

About You

The ideal candidate has:

3 years+ cross disciplinary design experience .
Portfolio showcasing marketing assets and responsive web UI
Proficient with Adobe CC and Figma
Working knowledge of UX best practices
Experience liaising with printers, photographers, videographers and external agencies
Excellent organisational skills with an ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
The ability to present concepts clearly to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
